- If you have ever been diagnosed with or are currently under investigation or treatment for high blood pressure, raised cholesterol, stroke, any heart conditions, diabetes or cancer then you cannot buy this policy.
Basis
Fast access to a consultant, which means any necessary treatment can be arranged just as quickly for the treatment of cancer, heart disease or a stroke - reducing the waiting time that can be so stressful.
If a diagnosis of a cancer, a heart condition or a stroke is not established following referral to a specialist from your GP, you will be expected to pay 50% of the eligible treatment costs (to a maximum liability of £500 in each instance).
