The Wellington Knee Unit in London provides treatment of all patients with disorders of the knee ranging from children's abnormalities, knee ligament and cartilage injuries to arthritic conditions. The Unit has been accredited as an approved teaching centre by ISAKOS, the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine, an international organisation of practitioners of musculoskeletal surgery.

The Wellington Hospital has responded to the increased need for knee disorder management by establishing the Knee Surgery Unit as a highly specialised unit within the UK's premier private hospital.

The Unit contains the latest equipment for knee assessment and rehabilitation including the Cybex 6000 computerised knee rehabilitation system, KT2000 arthometer and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
