The facilities
The Sleep Centre provides outpatient care and overnight sleep services at its Edinburgh clinic. The integrated approach to the diagnosis and treatment of the full range of sleep disorders ensures that after you have been assessed treatment is implemented efficiently at the same location.
When needed, an overnight, in-patient facility provides modern, state-of-the-art diagnostic (polysomnography) and treatment services for those with sleeping problems.
Getting referred to the sleep clinic
The Edinburgh Sleep Centre is a private clinic that accepts referrals from General Practitioners and other Medical Specialists. It accepts direct patient referrals where the patients are self funding. The Centre's Specialists are recognised by all of the UK private health care companies and by the major international health insurance companies.
