Philosophy of treating spinal problems and back injury

The Clinic recognises that it can often be difficult to get a clear rapid assessment and answer to your back problems: it is their job to fully assess your condition, investigate with the most modern scans and tests available and make an integrated treatment plan.

In most cases treatment will involve skilled physiotherapy and rehabilitation using the most up to date techniques including pilates and core stability training. Osteopathy and acupuncture will also play an important part in many patients' treatment plans for spine problems. If needed, the Spine Clinic has some of the most respected specialists in injection treatments for pain relief to aid rehabilitation.

Spine surgery is needed in a minority of cases. Where required, the Clinic is able to offer the most up to date proven techniques, performed with the best facilities and anaesthetic support by a fully qualified and respected spinal surgeon without prolonged waits.
