Travel insurer Drakefield Insurance Services has launched a new travel price comparison site; whichpolicy.co.uk.
Drakefield, part of the AA Group, says whichpolicy.co.uk is a comparison website that allows consumers to search for suitable travel insurance policies from a number of insurance brands.
Using the Whichpolicy.co.uk search engine, you can compare prices and levels of cover from a small selected panel of insurers.
So this is not a full price comparison site, only using an agreed panel of 8 insurers. It is no surprise that one of these is AA Travel Insurance.
The other 7 are two from the Admiral group (Admiral and Elephant), Etravelinsurance, Go Travel Insurance, ONLY Travel, istop travel and Fit2travel.
Not a lot of big names there.
There are plans to extend into other product areas.
