Legal and General pays for Herceptin

So that customers are not confused by the different approaches to the provision of Herceptin at various stages of treatment, there is an immediate change to all Legal & General's private medical insurance policies, including the new HealthCare Choices policy. The company will now provide cover for the costs of treatment of Herceptin for HER 2 positive customers with early stage breast cancer, where there are clinical indications that it will be of benefit.
