Life market ignoring special risk cases

The Insurance Surgery
The Insurance Surgery has claimed that many insurers and advisors are ignoring special risk cases.

Founding director, Paul Mellor says “The potential market is huge, with 1 in 3 people in the UK now suffering from a long term health condition, but far too many impaired health customers are simply and wrongly regarded as uninsurable. ”

"Many advisors deal so infrequently with these types of cases that they either ignore it completely or are ill equipped. The number of people suffering from diabetes alone will exceed 3 million by the year 2010”.
